Lean Orange Juice Cupcake

INGREDIENTS:

Orange juice 150 ml

vegetable oil 150 ml

flour 380 g

sugar 150 g

orange peel 2 tbsp

salt 1 pinch

baking powder 2 tsp

vinegar 9% 1 tbsp

PREPARATION:

Mix flour with baking powder.

Remove the zest from the orange and squeeze the juice out of it.

Mix the zest, orange juice and sugar in a container. When the sugar dissolves, add salt, vegetable oil, vinegar and gradually add flour. Knead the dough.

Place the dough in a mold and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
