INGREDIENTS:
flour 2 glasses
honey 2 tbsp
sugar 1 glass
vegetable oil 100 ml
water 200 ml
walnuts ½ cups
raisins ½ cups
cocoa powder 2 tbsp
baking powder 2 tsp
coriander 1 pinch
cinnamon 1 pinch
PREPARATION:
Mix liquid ingredients and sugar, stir until sugar is completely dissolved. We set aside to cool.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon and coriander.
Mix dry and liquid ingredients, add raisins and nuts.
We bake, in a greased form, at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished gingerbread with powdered sugar.
