young zucchini 400 g
garlic 2 cloves
greens 6 twigs
olive oil 3 tbsp.
apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp.
soy sauce 1 tbsp.
PREPARATION:
Prepare the marinade: mix the soy sauce, olive oil and vinegar.
Chop the zucchini thinly
Chop herbs and garlic
We mix all the ingredients and let stand for just a few minutes.
