Servings: 20
Time for preparing: 2 hours 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
milk 400 ml
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp.
yeast 10 g
chicken eggs 1 pc.
butter 40 g
flour 600 g
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
cheese 100 g
garlic 3 cloves
parsley 15 g
PREPARATION:
I add salt, sugar and yeast to warm milk. I leave it for 10 minutes. Now I pour in the melted butter, add flour and knead the soft dough.
Having coated the dough on all sides with vegetable oil, cover the bowl with it with cling film and leave it to rise in a warm place for an hour.
Preparing a cheese crust. Mixing grated cheese, garlic and vegetable oil in a bowl.
I divide the matched dough into 2 parts, form the loaves and put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment. In the middle of each loaf along the entire length I make a small depression (like a furrow in a garden bed).
First, I spread the chopped parsley, then sprinkle the loaves with prepared cheese and leave to rise for another 20 minutes. After baking, I grease them with milk and bake in the oven at 190 degrees until golden brown.
