INGREDIENTS:
semolina 170 g
milk 350 ml
sugar 100 g
eggs 4 pcs.
breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
butter 20 g
vanillin 1 pinch
PREPARATION:
Separate the whites from the yolks. We send the proteins to the refrigerator.
Beat the yolks with sugar until fluffy.
Add a pinch of salt to the proteins and beat them with a mixer until stable peaks.
Add semolina, vanillin to the yolks and gently stir in the proteins, adding them in parts.
Grease the baking dish with a piece of butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
We send the dough into the mold and place it in the oven at a temperature of 175-180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
We take out the biscuit, fill it with warm milk and send it to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
Let it cool completely and only then cut it into cake layers, pieces for cakes or just for a cup of aromatic tea!
