This recipe came from my grandmother and the whole family loves this sweet cake. I changed it a little: according to my grandmother's recipe, there is mayonnaise in the composition, but I don't really like it, so my manna is cooked with sour cream. My grandmother also has a special frying pan that plugs into an outlet, I don't have one and I cook in the oven.
Servings: 6
Time for preparing: 50 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
cream 20% 350 g
semolina 200 g
sugar 130 g
eggs 2 pcs.
wheat flour 3 tbsp.
soda ½ ч.л.
vinegar (for extinguishing)
PREPARATION:
Pour semolina into a bowl, add sugar and 3 tbsp. flour. Stir the dry mixture.
Add sour cream, 2 eggs to the semolina and mix well. The mixture should come out without lumps. We leave for 10-15 minutes. You can also add cinnamon, berries, pieces of chocolate to the dough.
Then I grease the mold with a small amount of vegetable oil. I have a mold with a diameter of 24 cm.
We extinguish the soda with vinegar, add to the dough and mix well. Pour the dough into a mold. We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. We check with a wooden skewer, it must be dry.
Mannik is most delicious while hot, then after a while it settles and becomes denser.
A very tasty manna on sour cream according to grandmother's recipe is ready! Bon Appetit!
