INGREDIENTS:
kefir 2.5% 1 glass
flour 1 glass
chicken eggs 1 pc.
sugar 1 tbsp.
soda ½ ч.л.
salt 1 pinch
PREPARATION:
Whisk the egg, sugar and salt in a deep bowl.
Add kefir, then flour. Stir with a whisk until smooth.
Add baking soda last and stir.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Spread out 1 tablespoon of dough.
Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
I like to serve pancakes with jam, sour cream, sometimes with condensed milk. Enjoy your tea.
