INGREDIENTS:
fresh frozen mackerel 2 pcs.
bell pepper 1 pc.
bulb onions 1 pc.
carrot 1 pc.
lemon 1 pc.
parsley 1 beam
vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
soy sauce 2 tbsp.

In each fish we make an incision through the back, leaving the abdomen intact, we clean all the films. We remove the ridge and bones.
Sprinkle the prepared fillet with lemon juice and soy sauce, leave to marinate.
Fry chopped onions, bell peppers and carrots grated on a coarse grater in vegetable oil, salt, add herbs.
Put the fried vegetables on top of the pickled mackerel fillet. We distribute them evenly over the fish and roll them up.
We transfer the roll to the foil folded in half, which is pre-greased with vegetable oil. We twist it tightly and put it in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
After baking, let the roll cool and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
