INGREDIENTS:
cottage cheese 250 g
cream 100 g
black currant 1 glass
semolina 1 glass
sugar 1 glass
eggs 3 pcs.
starch 1 tbsp.
baking powder 1.5 tsp.
vanilla sugar 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar and sour cream. Use a hand blender to turn everything into a homogeneous mass.
Add semolina, mix well and leave on the table for 15 minutes to swell the semolina.
In a separate bowl, mix the starch and berries. This time I used frozen berries.
Grease the form with vegetable oil and pour the dough in three stages, spread the berries between the layers.
Send the manna with cottage cheese and black currant to bake in the oven at a temperature of 170 degrees for 1 hour.
When the manna has cooled, take it out of the mold and decorate with powdered sugar.
I love to serve this manna with sour cream. It turns out a very tasty combination of semolina, cottage cheese, black currant and sour cream. Enjoy your tea, everyone!
