INGREDIENTS:
potatoes 1 Kg
bacon 250 g
chicken eggs 3 pcs.
flour 3 tbsp
vegetable oil 2 tbsp
bulb onions 1 pc.
salt 10 g
PREPARATION:
Peel and boil the potatoes until tender in salted water. Drain the water completely and crush it until smooth.
Cut the onion into small cubes and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
Cut the skinless bacon into small cubes and fry too.
Allow the potatoes to cool to a slightly warm state and add to it the onion, potato seasoning, whisked eggs, mix thoroughly and add flour in parts, mix again and add bacon.
Place the resulting mass in a mold greased with oil or fat and send it to a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
After removing from the oven, allow to cool until warm and remove from the mold.
Decorate with herbs and tomatoes.
