INGREDIENTS:
chopped meat 300 g
rice 50 g
tomato paste 50 g
cream 80 g
buns 40 g
mayonnaise 40 g
milk
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Rinse the rice in cold water. Put the rice in a saucepan and cover 1/1 with water. Put on high heat. As soon as the water boils, reduce heat to low, cover and cook until tender.
Mix together tomato paste, sour cream and mayonnaise.
Soak the bun in milk, squeeze out a little and add to the minced meat.
Add rice, salt and pepper. Mix.
Form balls.
Pour the sauce over the meatballs. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 C
