INGREDIENTS:

water 3 glass
onion 1 pc.

PREPARATION:
Rinse the rice, then pour 1 glass of water and put on fire. Cook until the water evaporates completely.

Add boiled rice to the minced meat, 1 tsp. salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
With wet hands, form minced meat balls and put on a baking sheet. We send the meatballs to the oven for 35 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees until a barely golden crust appears.
At this time, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix the tomato paste, 1 tsp. salt, sugar and 2 tbsp. water. Pour the browned meatballs and put them in the oven again for 25 minutes.
