millet 150 g
milk 500 ml
water 350 ml
sugar 2 tbsp.
salt 1 pinch
butter
PREPARATION:
The porridge should be thoroughly rinsed, changing the water several times.
Pour millet into a saucepan and cover with water. Put on moderate heat. When the porridge boils, you need to remove the foam.
Cook the porridge until the water is completely evaporated. When the water has evaporated, add milk, sugar and salt.
Cook over moderate heat.
When the porridge boils, boil it for another 10 minutes.
