Time for preparing: 1 hour 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
minced meat 500 g
water 2.5 glass
rice 1 glass
bulb onions 1 pc.
chicken eggs 1 pc.
vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
salt 2 tsp
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Use a blender or meat grinder to chop the onion and meat, I have pork.
Rinse the rice. Send to a saucepan and cover with 2 cups of water. Put on fire.
Cook until tender, until all the water has evaporated over low heat.
When the rice has cooled slightly, mix it with the minced meat.
Add egg, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
Shape the minced meat and rice into balls with wet hands. Put on a baking sheet oiled with vegetable oil.
Send the hedgehogs to the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
After 20 minutes, add half a glass of water to a baking sheet and continue baking for another 30-40 minutes. Bon Appetit!
