INGREDIENTS:
toast bread 8 pcs.
ham 8 pcs.
processed cheese 8 pcs.
mustard sweet 2 tbsp.
chicken eggs 1 pc.
milk 200 ml
butter 80 g
mustard powder 4 tablespoons
water 4 tablespoons
vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
honey 2 tbsp.
salt ½ ч.л.
ground nutmeg ¼ ч.л.
wine vinegar 1 tbsp.
PREPARATION:
Spread mustard on each piece of bread.
On 1 slice of bread, put 2 slices of ham and cheese, then cover with the second slice of bread.
In a bowl, mix the egg with milk and soak the sandwiches in this mixture, then fry them in a preheated pan in butter on both sides until golden brown.
Sprinkle the prepared sandwiches with icing sugar and serve with jam or jam.
