INGREDIENTS:

wheat flour 200 g

chocolate 200 g

sugar 100 g

butter 100 g

chicken eggs 3 pcs.

baking powder 2 tsp

icing sugar (for dusting) 2 tbsp.

PREPARATION:

Chop the chocolate into small pieces (about 5 mm in size). Grind softened butter and sugar.

Add whisked eggs and chocolate pieces and stir. Pour in flour sifted with baking powder and knead a not very thick dough.

Spoon into muffin tins 2/3 of the height and bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.

Remove the finished muffins from the molds, allow to cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.

Optionally, the baking powder in the recipe can be replaced with 1 teaspoon of baking soda, slaked with vinegar.
