Pour Plum Flip Cake Tart Taten

INGREDIENTS:

flour 300 g

sugar 200 g

butter 70 g

water 60 ml

milk 1 glass

plums 14 pcs.

eggs 2 pcs.

baking powder 2 tsp

PREPARATION:

Mix dry ingredients: flour, 2 tbsp. sugar and baking powder.

Mix the liquid ingredients using a mixer: melted butter, eggs and milk.

Knead the dough, combining dry and liquid ingredients until smooth.

Break the plums into halves and remove the seeds.

Pour water into a frying pan with a removable or metal handle and add the remaining sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring to cook for 3 minutes. Then put the plums upside down and leave for a couple of minutes.

Pour the dough over the plums and send them to the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, focusing on your oven.

Cover the finished cake with a dish and turn immediately until the caramel sticks to the bottom of the pan.
