Time for preparing: 1 hour
Preparation time: 3 hours
INGREDIENTS:
black currant 650 g
cream 500 g
chocolate biscuits 400 g
sugar 200 g
butter (melted) 150 g
water 100 ml
gelatin 35 g
PREPARATION: +
Add cold boiled water to the gelatin, mix and leave to swell.
Mash the cookies or grind them into small crumbs in a blender. Combine crumb, butter and mix well.
Cover the form with parchment. We spread the crumb and tamp the base well. It is better to take a split form, so it will be easier to remove the cake. At the time of preparation of the berry layer, remove the mold with the base in the refrigerator.
Mash or grind the berries in a blender, add sugar and put on fire. With constant stirring, bring the mixture to a boil and remove from heat.
We put the swollen gelatin in a water bath and heat it. You can do this in the microwave by setting the timer for 5-10 seconds. The main thing is that the gelatin does not boil.
Next, remove the pan with berries from the heat, cool slightly and combine with sour cream. Add gelatin to the resulting mixture and mix well.
We take out the base from the refrigerator, fill it with a berry layer and put it back in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. During this time, the berry-sour cream layer should solidify.
Then we take the cake out of the mold and decorate as desired.
A simple blackcurrant cake without baking is ready! Bon Appetit!
