INGREDIENTS:
herring 180 g
radish 150 g
green apples 150 g
mayonnaise 100 g
green onion 30 g
cabbage 2 sheets
curry 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
Prepare the sauce: add curry powder to mayonnaise and mix well.
Free the herring from the marinade and, if necessary, cut into pieces.
Grind radishes, apples and herbs.
Mix all the ingredients and put them on a lettuce leaf, put the sauce on top.
