INGREDIENTS:
oat flakes 150 g
prunes 50 g
walnuts 30 g
bananas 2 pcs.
lemon juice 1 tbsp
PREPARATION:
Pour the oatmeal into a bowl.
Chop the nuts and prunes and add to the flakes. Squeeze lemon juice there.
Peel the bananas and grind them in a blender. Add the bananas to the oatmeal mixture and mix well.
We spread the mass on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. The paper can be pre-greased with vegetable oil.
We form a rectangle. Before sending the mass to the oven, we outline the lines of future bars. This will make it easier to separate them later.
We bake the bars in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
