Oatmeal Muffins With Kefir With Banana And Dried Fruits

INGREDIENTS:

kefir 3.2% 300 ml

oat flakes 100 g

bananas 1 pc.

eggs 1 pc.

dried fruits 30 g

baking powder 1 tsp

PREPARATION:

Grind oatmeal in a mixer until flour.

Grind the banana with a fork. Add an egg to it. Add oatmeal and baking powder. Add kefir and mix into a homogeneous mass.

We cut dried fruits and add to the dough.

We spread the dough in molds, pre-grease with oil and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes. We check with a wooden skewer.
