INGREDIENTS:
frozen cherries 200 g
butter 75 g
flour 70 g
oat flakes 60 g
sugar 50 g
eggs 2 pcs.
baking powder 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
Defrost the cherries.
Grind butter at room temperature with sugar, add eggs, mix.
Add flakes, mix.
Add flour and baking powder, mix.
Add cherries, stir.
Place the dough in a baking dish. Bake for 50-55 minutes. at 180 C.
Let the cake cool, then remove it from the mold.
