Open Puffs With Apples And Pre-Made Dough Jam

INGREDIENTS:

puff pastry 300 g

apples 5 pcs.

apricot jam 100 g

egg yolk 1 pc.

almond petals 3 tbsp.

PREPARATION:

We peel the apples, cut them in half, remove the seeds, make several longitudinal cuts not to the end.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut out 10 identical squares, a little more than half an apple.

We put each half of the apple on the dough, raise and bend the edges.

Grease the dough with yolk, and apples with warmed apricot jam or jam.

Place the puffs on a sheet lined with baking paper and lightly oiled. We send it to a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Once again grease the finished puffs with jam or jam and sprinkle with almond flakes.
