PREPARATION:
Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds.
Chop the pumpkin into large pieces.
Place the pumpkin slices on a foil lined baking sheet, add a little water and cover with foil.
Bake at 200 ° C for 40-60 minutes. If the knife fits easily into the pumpkin, then it is ready.
Separate the cooled pumpkin from the rind.
Using a blender, beat the pumpkin until puree.
Divide the puree into containers. Puree can be refrigerated or frozen.
