Oven Cottage Cheese Rolls

Time for preparing: 40 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

cottage cheese 400 g

butter 200 g

sugar 150 g

wheat flour 2.5 glass

baking powder 2 tsp

vanilla sugar 1 packet

salt 1 pinch

PREPARATION:

Pour flour into a bowl.

Grate on a coarse grater over the previously frozen butter.

Stir in the butter and flour.

Add baking powder, salt and vanilla sugar to them. Stir.

Add cottage cheese and knead everything well with your hands.

Knead the dough on the table. It shouldn't stick to your hands. The dough is very pliable.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll out a circle from each part.

Divide it into 8 parts. Roll each triangle from wide to narrow with a roll.

Soak each bagel in sugar and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
