INGREDIENTS:
Champignon 700 g
cream 200 g
bulb onions 2 pcs.
salt 1 tsp
ground black pepper taste
vegetable oil taste
PREPARATION:
Cut the washed mushrooms into quarters. If the mushrooms are large, cut them into thin slices.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Preheat a skillet, add vegetable oil and add mushrooms. Fry mushrooms over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Fry the mushrooms until all the liquid has disappeared.
Add onion, stir. Fry mushrooms and onions until golden brown.
Add sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix. When the sour cream boils, cover the pan and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Fried mushrooms with onions and sour cream are ready. Bon Appetit!
