Pancake Pie With Minced Meat And Cheese Without Baking

INGREDIENTS:

meat 500 g

cheese 400 g

cream 180 g

mayonnaise 180 g

pancakes 13 pcs.

bulb onions 1 pc.

garlic 2 cloves

vegetable oil 3 tbsp.

ground black pepper 10 g

PREPARATION:

Cooking the filling 1: chop the boiled meat through a meat grinder and fry it in vegetable oil with onions, add black ground pepper.

Prepare the filling 2: rub the cheese on a coarse grater and add the chopped garlic.

Add 90 g of mayonnaise and 90 g of sour cream to the first filling.

We also add 90 g of mayonnaise and 90 g of sour cream to the second filling.

We wrap 4 pancakes with cheese and 5 pancakes with meat. We spread the filling in the middle of the pancake and fold it in half, then fold it into a tube.

We line the form with cling film and lay out three pancakes without filling. One pancake on the bottom of the mold and three pancakes on the sides so that the edges hang down.

Then we lay out pancakes three pieces in three rows.

We spread in the following order:

1 row - 2 with meat around the edges and 1 with cheese in the center.

2nd row - 2 with cheese around the edges and 1 with meat in the center.

3 row - like the first.

Close the top of the form with the edges of the pancakes and put any oppression. We send the cake without baking to the refrigerator for 10 hours.

Cut the finished pancake pie with meat and cheese into about 3 cm thick and serve.
