Pancake Rolls With Curd Filling And Fresh Fruit

INGREDIENTS:

thin ready-made pancakes 6 pcs.

cottage cheese 200 g

sour cream 2 tbsp

powdered sugar 2 tsp

mango ½ pcs.

kiwi 3 pcs.

pears 1 pc.

chocolate (for decoration) 0 to taste

PREPARATION:

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sour cream, powdered sugar. Mix well until a doughy consistency.

Cut the mango, kiwi and pear into strips. You can take strawberries and pineapple. It will be no less tasty.

Prepare a mat (like for sushi), put a film or bag on top.

Then we spread the pancake. Spread with curd mass. We spread strips of kiwi, mango and pear.

We roll up into a tight roll. We do the same with the rest of the pancakes.

I cut the rolls in portions, decorated with melted chocolate, fruit and chocolate chips
