INGREDIENTS:
flour 2 glasses
milk 900 ml
vegetable oil 50 ml
eggs 2 pcs.
sugar 2 tbsp.
baking powder 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
cottage cheese 500 g
eggs 1 pc.
sugar 3 tbsp.
vanilla sugar 1 packet
salt 1 pinch
cream 100 g
butter 70 g
sugar 2 tbsp.
PREPARATION:
Whisk the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and 1/3 of the milk in a deep bowl.
Add flour and baking powder, stir.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly with a whisk, so that no lumps form.
Add vegetable oil and whisk. The dough is ready and you can start making thin pancakes in milk.
Preheat the pan, brush with vegetable oil using a silicone brush.
Pour an incomplete scoop of dough into the pan, spreading it evenly over the entire surface of the pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Pancakes are ready!
For the filling, combine cottage cheese, salt, egg, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mash well with a fork.
Cut the pancakes in half. Place the cottage cheese on the center of the wide edge, cover it with the side edges and wrap the pancake. Repeat the same with all the pancakes.
