INGREDIENTS:
chopped meat 500 g

PREPARATION:
Chop 1 onion and add to the minced meat. Salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly. Form patties. I formed 11 pieces, since I will cook this number of pasta nests.
Grate carrots and tomatoes on a fine grater. I have frozen tomatoes this time. Dice the onion.
Put the pan on the fire, add vegetable oil and fry the onions and carrots until soft.
Then add tomato, salt, pepper, Provencal herbs, paprika and stew a little, and pour half of the water.
Place the nests on top of the gravy, and on top of the patties and cover with the remaining water. Simmer for 25 minutes, covered.
