INGREDIENTS:
butter 25 g
milk 200 ml
flour 1 tbsp.
grated cheese 80 g
pasta 140 g
PREPARATION:
Boil pasta in salted water.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add flour and stir quickly with a whisk.
Add milk in small portions, stirring constantly.
Cook until the sauce thickens. Salt.
In a bowl, combine cooked pasta, sauce and cheese.
