INGREDIENTS:
cucumbers 500 g
garlic 2 cloves
sesame 2 tbsp
sunflower oil 2 tbsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp
table vinegar 1.5 tbsp
salt 1.5 tsp
ground red pepper 1 g
PREPARATION:
Cut the cucumbers into cubes, sprinkle with salt and leave for 15 minutes to let the juice start. Drain the juice.
Add garlic, red hot pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, chopped on a fine grater or through a garlic press, to the cucumbers. Mix.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add sesame seeds for 10 seconds. Add immediately to the cucumbers and stir.
Cover with a lid or cling film and let it brew for 30 minutes.
