pork head 1 pc.
pork stomach 1 pc.
Bay leaf 5 pcs.
salt 3 d.l.
nutmeg 2 d.l.
ground black pepper

Prepare the pork stomach - soak and hold with corn grits, then rinse it off.
Rinse the head, cut into large pieces.
Boil the offal with salt, bay leaves, spices. Cooking time is five hours.
Remove the meat from the bones, add salt as needed.
Fill the stomach with meat pieces, sew up.
In the broth left over from boiling the head, boil the stomach with offal. The boiling time is a little over an hour.
Bake the dish in the oven until blush.
Serve Saltison with mustard or tomato sauce.
