INGREDIENTS:
pork 1 kg
bulb onions 3 pcs.
garlic 2 cloves
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
salt ½ ч.л.
water ½ стакана
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Cut the meat into medium pieces.
Send to a saucepan and simmer under a lid over low heat.
Cut the onion into quarters. Chop the garlic.
The meat will let the water flow, add salt and pepper. Stir, add bay leaf. Continue simmering, covered, until the water evaporates.
When the water has completely boiled away, add half a glass of water and continue simmering under the lid, stirring occasionally.
When the water is reduced by half, add the onion and garlic. Stir.
Continue simmering until very little water remains.
