INGREDIENTS:
pork 500 g
Champignon 200 g
cheese 100 g
butter 70 g
milk 1 glass
tomato 2 pcs.
bow 1 pc.
cream 3 tbsp.
flour 2 tbsp.
paprika ½ ч.л.
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Cut the pork into small pieces, season with salt (0.5 tsp salt), pepper and add paprika. Mix everything thoroughly. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Put butter and flour in a cold frying pan.
Fry flour with butter, when the mixture boils, add milk, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stirring constantly.
Cut the onion into feathers.
Cut the mushrooms into cubes.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Put the pork in a baking dish, then the onion. Lubricate with Bechamel sauce, about 2-3 tbsp.
