INGREDIENTS:
potatoes 400 g
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
PREPARATION:
Wash the potatoes, peel and finely grate in mashed potatoes.
Put the potato mass on cheesecloth and squeeze out the potato juice.
Transfer the squeezed potatoes to another bowl.
After 10 minutes, drain the potato juice; there will be potato starch at the bottom of the bowl.
Add potato starch, salt, pepper to a bowl with squeezed potatoes, mix.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add vegetable oil.
Add the potato mixture and spread over the pan. Fry for 5 minutes.
Turn the potato pancake over, add vegetable oil and fry for another 5 minutes.
