Potato Salad With Bell Peppers And Olives

INGREDIENTS:

potatoes 400 g

carrot 150 g

frozen green peas 80 g

onion 100 g

bell pepper green 180 g

green olives 70 g

mayonnaise (about 30 g per serving) 30 g

PREPARATION: +

Pour potatoes and carrots with cold water, put on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 25 minutes (readiness to check with a knife). Remove potatoes and carrots from the water and allow to cool.

Pour green peas with hot boiled water and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, then drain the water and let the peas cool.

Peel potatoes and carrots.

Cut potatoes, carrots, onions into cubes (pour boiling water over the chopped onions and dry with a paper towel), green bell pepper. Chop the olives with a knife.

Put chopped vegetables in a bowl, add cooled green peas and mix everything well.

Arrange on plates, add salt, season with mayonnaise.
