INGREDIENTS:
chicken broth 400 g
milk 400 g
potatoes 380 g
ham 130 g
onion 75 g
cheese 60 g
cream 50 g
butter 25 g
flour 2 tbsp.
vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Dice potatoes, onions and ham.
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry the ham over medium heat.
Put the ham on a plate and set aside (we'll need it at the end)
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Fry the onions until golden brown.
Add flour and mix well.
Pour in chicken broth and milk.
Add potatoes and cook over medium heat for about 15-25 minutes (depending on how quickly the potatoes are cooked).
Place the sautéed ham in a saucepan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add sour cream and cheese, mix well.
