Servings: five
Cooking time: 1 hour
INGREDIENTS
pork belly 1 Kg
potatoes 1 Kg
garlic 3 cloves
dill 10 g
vegetable oil 8 tbsp
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
bulb onions 1 pc.
paprika taste
seasoning for meat taste
PREPARATION
Wash potatoes, peel and rinse. Dry with a paper towel and cut into "rings" of medium thickness. Salt, pepper, you can add paprika and mix. We temporarily put it aside.
Wash the pork brisket, dry it with a paper towel, cut into medium pieces with a small thickness. Also salt, pepper, you can add seasoning for meat, mix. We temporarily put it aside.
In a separate plate, mix vegetable oil and finely chopped dill and garlic (which can be finely chopped or squeezed through a garlic press)
We take wooden skewers and alternately prick the potatoes, then the brisket, transfer to a baking sheet (I have a glass one). You can take a metal baking sheet, cover it with foil, do the same with the kebab, cover it with foil.
Using a brush, grease the kebab with a mixture of dill, vegetable oil and garlic. Pour in a little water so that it steamed the dish, and close the lid. 20 minutes before cooking the kebab, remove the lid and let the brisket brown. This dish is cooked in the oven for about 1 hour. Everything is ready.0
