INGREDIENTS:
chicken eggs 3 pcs.
mayonnaise 3 pcs.
flour 5 tbsp
salt 1 pinch
sausage 100 g
cheese 150 g
tomato 1 pc.
PREPARATION:
Whisk eggs and salt in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise and whisk well.
Then add the flour in two passes, stirring with a whisk until smooth.
Grease the mold with vegetable oil and pour over the dough. Spread the dough evenly over the entire surface of the mold.
Prepare the filling. Cut the sausage into pieces. This time I used both smoked and boiled sausage.
Chop the tomatoes at your discretion.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
First put the sausage on the dough, then the tomatoes.
And cover everything with cheese.
Send the pizza to bake at 200 degrees in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
When the pizza has cooled slightly, remove it from the mold and cut into portions.
