INGREDIENTS:

egg white 3 pcs.

egg yolk 2 pcs.

cellulose 1 tbsp.

oat flour ½ ст.л.

baking powder 1 tsp

vanillin taste

sugar substitute taste

soft cottage cheese 150 g

cocoa powder taste

sugar substitute taste

PREPARATION:

Stir in raw chicken yolks, sweetener, baking powder, oatmeal, and fiber.

Beat the raw egg whites separately into a dense foam. Mix gently with the yolk mass, moving from bottom to top.

Disintegrate the mixture into a flat silicone mold, bake for 8 minutes at 150 degrees.

For the filling, mix well-mashed cottage cheese with cocoa powder and sweetener.

Put the curd mass on the cake, roll up in the form of a roll, leave for 10 minutes to soak the biscuit.

If you wish, you can add vanillin to the dough for "biscuit", and pieces of berries or fruits, dried fruits to the curd.
