INGREDIENTS:

milk 1200 ml

yeast-free puff pastry 1 kg

sugar 2 glasses

chicken eggs 3 pcs.

flour 5 tbsp

vegetable oil 2 tbsp.

vanilla sugar 1 packet

Defrost puff pastry dough. Cut it into 4 even pieces.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out 2 cakes. Send to bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees. Repeat the same with the remaining cakes.

Divide each finished cake into three parts. Take the top and bottom layers from each crust on the crumb.

Mash the crumbs with your hands.

For the cream, you need to boil 1 liter of milk.

Prepare a separate mixture by mixing eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk and flour. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk so that there are no lumps.

Pour the mixture into boiling milk and stir constantly until the custard boils.
