INGREDIENTS:

ham 150 g
hard cheese 100 g
egg yolk 1 pc.
dried greens (or raw sesame seeds) 6 pinches
PREPARATION:
Defrost the puff pastry. Cut the ham into small strips and grate on a coarse grater. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer. Place a layer of cheese and ham on top, roll into a tight roll. Cut the roll into small rolls.
