INGREDIENTS:
chicken liver 400 g
mayonnaise 100 g
pickled cucumbers 3 pcs.
carrot 2 pcs.
bulb onions 2 pcs.
garlic 3 cloves
chicken eggs 2 pcs.
cheese 80 g
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
dill 10 g
PREPARATION:
Boil the liver and eggs.
Fry onions and grated carrots until soft.
Prepare all the components of the salad by rubbing like carrots on a coarse grater.
Squeeze the garlic through a press.
Assembly (Mayonnaise mesh between layers):
1 layer - liver,
2 layer - cucumbers,
3 layer - carrots with onions, sprinkle a layer with garlic
4 layer - eggs
5 layer - cheese.
Decorate the sides with chopped dill.
