INGREDIENTS:
yeast puff pastry 500 g
apples 3 pcs.
sugar 3 tbsp.
flour 20 g
powdered sugar 1 tbsp.
starch 1 tbsp.
PREPARATION:
Wash the apples, core them and cut into small cubes.
Add sugar and starch to the apples. To stir thoroughly.
Divide the dough into 10 even parts. Roll out each part into a rectangle.
Visually divide each dough into two parts. Make cuts on one side.
Put apples on the second part and firmly fasten the edges of the puff.
Sprinkle a baking sheet with flour and lay out the apple puffs.
Shake the egg with a fork and spread on the surface of each puff.
Send the apple puffs to the preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cool the puffs slightly and garnish with powdered sugar.
