INGREDIENTS:
pumpkin 250 g
water 80 g
cream cheese 60 g
cover ½ ч.л.
powdered sugar 50 g
cookies 150 g
dark bitter chocolate 70% 90 g
cream 10% 70 g
PREPARATION:
Stew the peeled and chopped pumpkin with water until tender.
Drain the pumpkin and puree with a blender
Mix cream cheese with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
Stir in the cheese in the puree and knead the mixture, which is not very sticky to your hands, adding gradually chopped cookies.
Form a walnut-sized candy from the pumpkin and cookie mixture. Then put in the refrigerator to cool well.
Heat the chocolate with cream, stir thoroughly. And dip cold candies in fondant.
