INGREDIENTS:
pumpkin 450 g
flour 1.5 cups
cream 1 glass
sugar 1 glass
eggs 2 pcs.
Orange juice 4 tablespoons
butter 20 g
soda 1 tsp
cover 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
Grate pumpkin on a coarse grater
Stir the eggs with sugar, add sour cream, soda, quenched with orange juice and flour.
We squeeze out excess liquid from the pumpkin very carefully.
Add pumpkin, cinnamon to the dough and mix thoroughly.
Grease the form with oil and send the prepared dough into it.
We send the casserole to the oven for 60 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
