INGREDIENTS:
flour 125 g

pumpkin puree 130 g

PREPARATION:
In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, butter and milk.
Add egg, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg, mix well.
Pour in some of the flour, mix until smooth. Add remaining flour and mix well.
Add chopped walnuts to the dough, mix.
Grease the muffin tins with vegetable oil.
Fill the molds with dough and bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
