INGREDIENTS:
pumpkin 200 g
apples 200 g
milk 300 ml
semolina 100 g
sugar 2 tbsp
chicken eggs 1 pc.
butter 20 g
PREPARATION:
Finely chop the pumpkin and apples, having previously peeled off the skin and seeds.
Pour the pumpkin with milk and simmer over low heat until almost cooked.
Add apples to it and continue to simmer for a few minutes.
Then add semolina, mix and boil for 3-5 minutes.
Beat the egg with sugar.
After the pumpkin with apples has cooled, add the beaten egg with sugar to the mass, mix.
Put in a baking dish, greased with butter and put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
