Pumpkin Soufflé With Cinnamon

INGREDIENTS:

pumpkin 400 g

powdered sugar 60 g

egg white 3 pcs.

ground cinnamon ½ tsp

PREPARATION:

We rub the pumpkin on a fine grater.

Let the pumpkin go for 5-7 minutes, the mass should become soft and homogeneous.

Beat egg whites with powdered sugar until stable peaks.

Gradually mix the proteins into the pumpkin mass.

We spread the mass into molds (I lightly greased them with oil), sprinkle with cinnamon (you can decorate with pumpkin seeds) and send them to the oven at 180 degrees, for about 25 minutes.
